Mercedes-Benz passenger cars come with a two-year manufacturer's world-wide warranty* on materials and workmanship, starting from the date of first registration and with no limit of mileage. Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles also come with manufacturer's world-wide warranty*. To improve customer's satisfaction, all Mercedes-Benz vans produced on or after 1st January 2007 and sold through our exclusive dealer in Hong Kong come with a manufacturer's world-wide warranty* of two years from the date of first registration or up to 200,000km, whichever comes first.

Regular maintenance at our authorized Mercedes-Benz service centres is recommended. To enjoy the full benefits of our manufacturer's warranty, you are advised to send your Mercedes-Benz vehicle to our authorized Mercedes-Benz service centres for servicing at the prescribed service intervals. We have technical experts and service professionals with a comprehensive understanding of all models in every series, as well as diagnosis and repair equipment, and we are ready to provide our best service to you.
